So The New York Times said…

…that Malacca is one of the 45 places to visit this year, according to The Star.

I’ll say that’s a wise choice.

I do miss Malacca, especially the Satay Celup at the famous kopitiam Capitol Restaurant!

Oh just thinking about their satay sauce makes me hungry!!

“With its lantern-lighted canals and silent, narrow streets lined with decades-old ornate temples and shophouses, few places in South-East Asia conjure romantic images of the past as effectively as Malacca,”

I wonder if the writer has visited Kuching, Sarawak though. Cause I think Kuching should be in the list too…we do have silent, narrow streets with decades-old ornate temples and shophouses too!

OK, so I’m biased. But really, I think Kuching deserves it!
