10KM run


Kick Pad 5 rounds

Hand(?) Pad 5 rounds

Leg Pad 5 rounds

Back (?) 3 rounds

Grab – Half an hour

A little bit of warm up, sit up, put up

Twice a day, 6-9am and 4-7pm everyday.



Ok, I think I’ll just proooobably do this. With heavy modifications to the routine. After all, I don’t have the privilege to practice at 4-7pm from Mondays to Fridays!
