Well it’s true it can burn the fat and increases metabolism…but I personally think this alone will not be enough. I’ll say after the 20 minutes of walking and sprinting, go lift the weights and do the variety of sit-ups for a more ‘ultimate’ workout.
Oh, don’t forget the diet too…
