Research has shown that people who ate chocolate a few times a week or more weighed less than those who rarely indulged!
But, don’t go thinking you can whack as much Ferrero Rocher or the different flavours from Cadbury. Instead you should go for the dark chocolates.
And no you can’t have it as much as drinking water of course. Moderation is the key as usual.
But hey, at least you can now put dark chocolates as part of your diet 🙂
